Ribbon Salad

Ingredients:

1 - 3 oz. Package of Jell-O brand gelatin in lemon flavor
2 - 3 oz. packages of Jell-O in cherry flavor
2 - 3 oz. packages of Jell-O in lime flavor
8 oz. package of cream cheese, soften
8 1/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple in syrup
1 cup thawed Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 cup Real Mayonnaise

Directions:

Dissolve lime Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water, and then add 1-cup cold water. Pour into 13-inch rectangular dish or pan. Let it sit until solid. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water; let it cool a little and then gradually blend lemon mixture into soften cream cheese in bowl, beating until smooth. Add pineapple with syrup to mixture and chill until slightly thicken. Next, blend in whipped topping and mayonnaise into mixture and chill until very thick. Spoon lemon mixture over lime Jell-O when both have chilled solid. Set aside. Dissolve cherry Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water and then add 1-cup cold water. Chill until slightly firm, then spoon on top of lemon mixture. (You should have a green, white, and red layered side-dish).

May garnish with sliced pineapple and maraschino cherries if desired.
