Fudge
Ingredients:
10 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. package of Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
(2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine the marshmallow cream, sugar,
evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full boil, stirring
constantly over moderate heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove
from heat. Add Nestle Semi-Sweet real chocolate morsels. Stir
until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and
vanilla extract. Pour into aluminum foil-lined 8-inch square
pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours).
Makes 2 1/4 pounds.
